L.B. Townsend
L.B. comes to Ballyhoo from a
successful 7 year sales career in
the pharmaceutical industry where she worked for Forest Pharmaceuticals and
Athlon Pharmaceuticals. While with
these companies, she sold a broad range of products to a variety of specialists
in and around Austin. She
brings not only a love for relationship-based selling, but also the belief that
even more important than having a relationship, is having a partnership. This attitude, along with a strong
sense of integrity, is what enabled L.B. to win several awards for performance
and leadership while she was with Forest and Athlon.
As a 1998 graduate of Texas A&M
University, L.B. spent her first 5 years post-graduate as a high school teacher
before entering the pharmaceutical industry. Over the past seven years, she has
enjoyed building relationships in the Austin medical community and looks
forward to continued success in the industry. She has lived in Austin for over 10 years and enjoys spending
time with her husband Brad, their two children, and three dogs,
Pater, Willie and Lucy.
